[Kimono Rental Explanation]

① The fitting (preview) time will be approximately 1 hour. Please let us know your preferred date and time, including a second choice.

② The time required on the day of rental is estimated to be 1 to 1.5 hours in total, including 30 minutes for formal kimono (houmongi), 1 hour for furisode (long-sleeved kimono), and 30 minutes for hair styling (if applicable).
Please allow some extra time for changing, so please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
The exact time of your rental will be determined during your preview.

③ If you decide on a kimono during your preview, you will need identification, so please bring your passport. We may also ask for the name of your hotel.

④ Kimono rentals are generally for 1 night and 2 days, so you can return them the following day. However, if you wish to return them on the same day, please return them by 6:00 PM on weekdays during business hours. On weekends and public holidays, please return the item by 4:00 PM during business hours (reservation required).
For returns the following day, please return the item during business hours from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Please note that if you are unable to return the item within 1 night and 2 days, a late fee of 11,000 yen per day will be charged.
